Quick Clean-Up

This property had beautiful light and spacious rooms - it just needed a heavy duty clean-up. It's amazing what a fresh coat of paint and freshened flooring can make! In this property we refinished the existing wood flooring throughout, and replaced flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Other renovations to the kitchen simply included a good scrubbing and some fresh countertops. The bathroom required a completely new vanity, lighting, venting and mirrors, however the existing built-in linen was able to re-finished and kept. The central carpeting in the living room was replaced to freshen up the space. We also chose to keep and refinish the beautiful mid-century modern built-in display cabinet in the Dining Room. Because there were no structural changes, and the owner was eager to participate in the "clean up", this update could be carried out in a cost effective manner that allowed for future renovations and improvements as needed.
