Craftsman Revival

This home had fallen into disrepair, and became "that house" on the block, abused by errant tenants and neglected by the owner. As the renovation began, Fresh Start Design was thrilled to find "Beautiful Bones" under the falling down panelling, and dropping drop ceiling. Because the original millwork had been hidden behind the disgusting paneling, it had been completely protected from the years of abuse the home endured. Although all the mechanicals in the home needed to be updated, and the garage needed to be completely torn down and replaced, the end result was worth it all. Upon completion, the restored home was sold and now graces the same corner with elegance and style.
